tissuesforyourissuesIt’s definitely flu season.  Three of my friends have come down with the flu this week alone.  I’ve been tempted to tell the throngs of people shopping around me, my cousin, boss, etc. that I have Ebola, just so they would back away slowly.  I decided it was better not to tempt fate with such an awful fairy tale, so instead I decided to bath in anti-bacterial hand-sanitizer and wash my hands a thousand times a day.

I then set out to make loving deposits for my friends who had the flu.  Here’s how you can help your friends who are suffering from the flu without risking your own health and comfort.

Text your friend and let them know you will be dropping survival supplies at their door.  Let them know you will be “ding-dong ditching.”  Stop.  Drop.  Roll.  Stop to drop off supplies (while ringing the doorbell and running).  Drop off boxes of Kleenex Everyday Tissues, Kleenex Cool Touch Tissues, and Kleenex Anti-Viral Tissues as well as a few Kleenex Slim Packs for those robe pockets along with with a container of chicken soup.  Roll away in your car.

Don’t forget to write extra big on the box of Kleenex tissues “Tissues for your issues”.  Because nothing makes a friend with the flu feel better than a laugh and a smile.

Repeat.
